Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is provided.

If approved, we will send you return instructions. Items must be returned to the provided address at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or payment gateway; processing delays may apply.
If after 10 business days your refund has not posted, contact us at support@sugrbby.co.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@sugrbby.co.
